Welcome
Over 60 years ago the church at St James (Pollok) was opened after being moved stone by stone from Pollokshields. In that same year the 208th Glasgow Team, The Life Boys (The Junior Section
today) was formed. This led to the creation of the 208th Glasgow Boys' Brigade Company being formed in 1949.
We celebrate our existance here in Pollok. We are the only Company to survive out of the 3 that I knew of... (I'm showing my age now!!!) and I hope that we can continue to serve Pollok for many a year to come.
